It is the intent of this solicitation to obtain maintenance and repair services consisting of operation, maintenance, repair, minor construction and alteration of buildings, structures and other facilities at Marine Corps Support Activity, Kansas City, Missouri by means of a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. Cost and technical proposals will be solicited for the subject proposal and the award shall be based on the best value to the Government, cost/price and other factors considered. The proposed contract will be for a period of one year with the option to extend two additional years. The option will be exercised at the discretion of the Government if it is determined that exercising is in the Government's best interest. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
