Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to repair or construct concrete and asphalt pavements, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, installation and repair of storm sewer inlets and manholes, pavement striping and hydro-mulching and all related work as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and drawings for project JFSD 940100A/B and 963010. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The resulting contract will be a Requirements Contract. The contract period shall be 65 calendar days after the date of award. Plans and Specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. This action is being issued unrestricted.
