Work includes the construction of approximately 1700 sf of new space above the existing telephone equipment room for use as a common central telephone/computer room. Also included is the construction of the new telephone closets and modifications to existing closets, and completion of all related mechanical/electrical work including conduit, cable tray, sleeves and boxes for telephone and data cable pathways, along with general finish work, all in support of site preparation work for the replacement of the existing UPS and packaged A/C unit from the central computer room to the new addition. Work will require all general trades in addition to sprinkler installers, sheetmetal workers, plumbers, control equipment installers, and steamfitters. Government Cost Range: $500,000 - $1,000,000.
