The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to contract with Atlantic Zeiser of West Caldwell, NJ on a sole source basis for modification of numbering blocks on existing K08 and K10 Cope-Paks at the Washington, D. C. and Fort Worth, Texas facilities. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type with an option to modify seven (7) additional numbering blocks. See Numbered Note 22. (0164)
