Targets shall be portable by manlift and weather resistant. The tank target shall detect hits by 50 cal to 120mm rounds and the infantry will detect 5.56mm to 50 cal rounds. The controllers shall be capable of controlling a minimum of 200 individual targets and be both hand held and programmable. The infantry controller shall operate 100% at a minimum of 1200 meters and the tank controller shall operate 100% at a minimum of 4000 meters.
