The Contractor shall provide all the labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision and analytical services needed to control corrosion, scale, algae and slime growth in open recirculating and closed loop liquid circuits for high/low pressure air systems. SIC Code 8734 applies. The contract includes option provisions to extend the term in subsequent years. The total term of the contract will be a 12 month base period plus four options years. The Government will not synopsize the options when excerised. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for a period up to six months beyond the 60 months. This contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 1995 for $18,960 (Firm Fixed-Price) per year.
