Orders will be issued for engineering and technical support and material for the accomplishment of Dry Deck Shelters to Host Ship Interface Connections and Dry Deck Shelter to Host Ship Integrated System Certification. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
