M -- OPERATION OF OIL ANALYSIS LABORATORIES SOL DAKF40-96-B-0024 DUE 080196 POC Contract Specialist REBECCA McGLOTHLIN (910) 396-4362 X224 (Site Code DAKF40) Contractor shall perform all management, supervisory, administrative, and operational functions, furnish all necessary personnel, and perform preventive maintenance and repair on Government-furnished equipment necessary to manage and operate the Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) Laboratories at Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Fort Drum, New York; and Hunter Army Air Field, Fort Stewart, Georgia, for the period 1 February 1997 through 31 January 1998, with four one-year option periods. Due to automation of the Bidders' Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list. It is therefore required that all requests for the solicitation include the vendor's business size. For determining business size on this project, the Standard Industrial Code is 8734, and to be considered a small business under this code, average annual receipts for a firm and its affiliates for the past three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million.
