The objective of the Deficiency Analysis and reporting System is to design and develop software that will accomplish three functions for the AGM 130 Program; (1) provide an intuitive data entry method for data from standard Quality Deficiency Reports (QDRs), Material Investigation Projects (MIPs), and Ammunition Disposition Requests (ADRs), (2) generate graphical and textual reports of the results of searches, and (3) monitor opened QDRs, MIPs, and ADRs to assist in managing test schedules as well as determining product improvement requirements. This system will be used to identify and monitor anomalies and deficiencies to ensure mishap prevention efforts are adequately addressed.
