TUTORIAL ON DIRECTABLE INFRARED COUNTERMEASURES (IRCM) FLARES The US Army Communications Electronics Command, CECOM, in conjunction with the Garden State Chapter of the Association of Old Crows, will present a Tutorial on Directable Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM)/Flares at Ft. Monmouth 9-11 July 1996. The tutorial is designed to provide a basic understanding of Infrared Countermeasures for personnel that are new to the field. There is a nominal fee to cover food service and security/custodial expenses. The sessions are classified and will be held in the Myer Center Auditorium.
