256-1500 ext 227. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to: 1. Replace HVAC
System in basement of Bldg 1530, at Scott AFB IL. The principal work
shall include, but are not limited to the following: Installing new
chiller, air handling unit, fan coil units, piping, controls, lighting
and ceiling tile. 2. Repair Fire Detection, Bldg 1530, at Scott AFB
IL. The principal work shall include, but are not limited to the
following: Demolition of the existing fire detection system and
installation of a new fire detection system. This work involves working
around asbestos and lead based paint, environmental hazzards. The
magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
This proposed contract listed herein is UNRESTRICTED. Only written
requests will be honored. Telephone requests will not be honored. Send
