PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: This presolicitation notice is for a porject to repair the environmental control systems in two buildings. The work will consist of demolishing and removing the existing air conditioning systems in each building (2 per building); replacing the existing system with (2) new 16 nominal ton air cooled, computer room type air conditioning systems. Demolishing will also include removing existing heating hot water system including piping and accessories; cap existing piping within the building. Work will also include removal of existing fuel oil tank, performing asbestos test to determine potential existing asbestos source by a licensed asbestos contractor. Clean the remaing existing ductwork and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1711; the small business size standard is $7.0 million.
