The principle features of this project includes the construction of a new Outdoor Recreation/Marina Support Facility Building including concrete walkways, planters, associated landscaping, a raised observation deck, mechanical equipment enclosure and supporting sirte utility work. The project also incluses reconfiguration of vehicular traffic flow patterns and striping of parking stalls. Installation of area lighting along the boat parking lot will also be required. Repairing and revising the slope of the existing boat ramp is also required for this project. This solicitation will be issued on/or about 24 July 1996 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Developement Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competion.
