This is a requirements contract to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to remove and replace exterior windows and doors, 1300 and 1400 blocks, Fort McCoy, WI. This project includes vinyl clad double-hung wood, casement and awning type windows; standard steel doors and steel frames; removal and installation of building siding, interior and exterior painting, insulating and minor electrical work. The term of the contract will be for one year with a Government option to extend for one (1) option year. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Requests for IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $10.00 per package.
