Butler, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Intstruments, Incorporated, (TI), PO Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order will provide funding for an upgrade of the Aircraft Launcher Interface Computer Block II to Block III for Korea. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) weapon system, and the only know firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
