Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for engineering services to design, develop, and test software and hardware upgrades to the Advanced HARM Workstation (AHWS) with BDM Engineering Services Company, 950 Explorer Boulevard NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. BDM is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the single existing AHWS currently owned by the U.S. Navy, as such the only firm possessing the personnel, facilities, and knowledge to perform this effort in the required time frame.
