First article test required. No telephone requests. Only written or
faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All
responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation

date. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business
set aside, the size standard for which is 1,000 employees. An Ombudsman
has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors
during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose
of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program
director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor,
concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate
government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain
strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman
does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source

(00-ALC/PK), Hill Air Force Base, Utah began a ''phase in'' process,
distributing drawings associated with solicitation packages on CD ROM.
Aircraft, Commodities and Missile Procurements will be affected. The
''phase in'' process will be by NSN. During this period data may be
available on CD-ROM, Floppy Disk, or aperature cards. CD-ROM is the
medium of preference. After SEP 1996 data available by CD-ROM will
gradually increase. The minimum set-up requirements to view the
drawings supplied by OO-ALC areas follows: 386 INTEL 33MHZ processor or
higher; 8 MEGABYTES RAM; Any size hard drive; CD ROM reader (1X, 2X OR
4X); 14'' color monitor (17'' is recommended) DOS 5.0 or higher;
windows 3.1 or higher, UNZIP software. To provide comments please
