66 -- DECONTAMINATION AND REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT PARTS SOL 96-136(N) DUE 071796 POC Contact Lisa Brown, Contract Specialist at (404)842-6553 The Contractor shall furnish personnel, transportation, tools, materials, and equipment to provide all necessary on-site decontamination and replacement of equipment parts for Class II Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC), Laminar Clean Benches, and Laminar Animal Containment Units located at CDC facilities in the Atlanta, Georgia; Morgantown, West Virginia; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Fort Collins, Colorado. Services shall include on-site formaldehyde gas decontamination of Class II, Type A and B BSC's using the C modified version of National Sanitation Foundation(NSF) Standard #49; disassembly; replacement of major parts and minor components; reassembly; and replacements of broken windows. Contractor personnel shall have successfully completed the NSF Biohazard Cabinet Field Certifier Accreditation Program.
