The laboratory equipment will be able to measure resilient modulus and indirect tensile strength according to ASTM D123 and dynamic confined creep properties per WES protocol at testing temperatures ranging from 0 - 60 degrees Celsius (deg C). The testing system's load frame and pneumatic load actuator must be capable of providing loads up to 12 kiloNewtons (kN) at a frequency of 10 Hz.
