The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire through full and open competition the following supplies: an estimated quantity of 680 Cases Toner Cartridge for use with cartridge hoppers on Honeywell Bull Printers, approximately 200 EA. Erase Rods and 400 EA. Print Cartridges for use with Honeywell Bull Printers model 4240D. All supplies must be iaw specifications of the Government's minimum requirements to be included in the resultant RFP. A fixed price indefinite delivery requirements contract is contemplated as a result of this solicitation. The duration of the resultant contract will be a base year commencing 18 October 1996 or date of award, whichever is later, with an option for an additional year.
