Mr. De Vault's unique background in developing Polymer Matrix Composites (PMC) Programs as well as managing efforts dealing with the design and manufacturing of PM structures qualifies him to consult and assist the Defense Sciences Office in the management of the Affordable Polymer Matrix Composite Structures Programs. This effort will also provide consultation to DARPA Program Managers on effective strategies for program cost containment, investment strategies, and options for technology transition to defense systems.
