The Postal Service is seeking a company to perform a study of the quality of the five major statistical data systems used in the postal ratemaking process. The main goals of the study are to determine whether the Postal Service has provided sufficiently complete and accurate data for ratemaking and to identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and completeness of the data. The successful company will have both a strong background in probability sample survey design and knowledge of the ratemaking processes for regulated industries.
