Request for proposals (RFP) for the Operation of the Memphis Job Corps Center located in Memphis, Tennessee will be available approximately June 24, 1996, for issue in response to written request. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period March 1, 1997 through February 28, 1999, plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The approximate average capacity strength is 312 students (123 residential males, 136 residential females, 19 non-residential males and 34 non-residential females). A Pre-Proposal Conference for the Job Corps Center will convene at 9:00 a.m. on July 2, 1996, in the Comfort Hotel (Airport), 2411 Winchester Drive, Memphis, Tennessee 38116, (901) 332-2370. A tour of the facility will convene at 1:00 p.m. on July 2, 1996 at the Memphis Job Corps Center, 1555 McAlister Dr., Memphis, Tennessee.
