The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make multiple awards to the responsible offeror(s) for the provisions of Hospital Services at both the Federal Prison Camp, El Paso, Texas and the Federal Correctional Institution, La Tuna, Texas. Services to be provided will encompass providing medical care to federal prisoners (inpatient/outpatient, emergency treatment) in hospitals within the El Paso, Texas area. This contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract and will include a base period not to exceed twelve (12) months with four (4) one year options. The estimated INPATIENT days for these periods are as follows: Base Year: Guaranteed Minimum 70, Estimated Maximum 320; Option Year 1: Guaranteed Minimum 70, Estimated Maximum 320; Option Year 2: Guaranteed Minimum 71, Estimated Maximum 325; Option Year 3: Guaranteed Minimum 71, Estimated Maximum 325; Option Year 4: Guaranteed Minimum 72, Estimated Maximum 330. The estimated OUTPATIENT days for these periods are as follows: Base Year: Guaranteed Minimum 86, Estimated Maximum 430; Option Year 1: Guaranteed Minimum 86, Estimated Maximum 430; Option Year 2: Guaranteed Minimum 88, Estimated Maximum 440; Option Year 3: Guaranteed Minimum 88, Estimated Maximum 440; Option Year 4: Guaranteed Minimum 90, Estimated Maximum 450.
