Q -- MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES SOL 573-001-97 DUE 081596 POC Marilyn Gray, Contract Specialist (352) 374-6007, FAX (352) 374-6117 The VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL and two Outpatient Clinic's, one in Jacksonville and one in Daytona Beach requires a dail-in-service for medical transcription. Reports include Radiology, Compensation and Pension, Operation, and Discharge Summaries. The Gainesville VA estimates approximately one million lines per year and the Outpatient Clinic's estimate 300 to 400 thousand lines per year. Contractor will be required to upload all reports into our Hospital's Main Computer System. Contract to begin 10/1/96 thru 9/30/97 with three one-year renewal options.
