The service will consist of a wide range of services related to establishing the level of responsibility of the U.S. Government and cost allocation to include, but not limited to, literature search to develop site ownership and historical site operations, chemical and process engineering evaluation, contract reviews, groundwater contaminate modeling, photo interpretation, cost estimating, expert witness services, and negotiation/litigation support. Security clearances may be required on some projects. The work sites may be in any of the following locations: Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
