Refuse collection and disposal services at the U.S. Coast Guard Facility, Yerba Buena Island, San Francisco, CA. The successful bidder will provide all labor, materials, equipment and permits necessary for the collection and disposal of refuse within the geographic area of the Federal installation. The period of performance will be from contract start date, estimated to be 1 January 1997, through 30 September 1997, with four (4) one year option periods; if all options are exercised the contract term will end on 30 September 2001. In support of this procurement the Director of Public Health for the City and County of San Francisco, CA will accept the submission of a complete and timely Federal Facility Refuse Collection Permit Application from potential bidders for a seventeen (17) day period; commencing 15 July 1996 through 31 July 1996.
