Morger (217) 785-3661 (Site Code DAHA11) Provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for the complete construction of a 9,000 SF addition to an existing aircraft maintenance hangar, approach pavements from the existing aircraft parking apron to the new addition, and miscellaneous renovations to three (3) maintenance support facilities. The renovations in the maintenance support shops will address administrative offices, conference and classroom spaces, storage areas, industrial shop areas and aircraft flight systems maintenance shops. The period of performance is 270 calendar days. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 22 July 1996. A NON REFUNDABLE fee of $50.00 will be charged for each set of bid documents. Payment must be in the form of a Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Certified Check. All others will be returned.
