The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for the demolition of existing concrete sidewalk and curing, demolition of existing bituminous concrete paving, providing new pvc storm drainage piping, pvc pipe underdrain, concrete drainage piping, inlets, concrete curb and sidewalk, ductile iron piping and fire hydrants, bituminous concrete pavement patchment and incidental related work. Estimated price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Number of days in contract: 180. Number of bid items: One with two construction options. The base bid shall be Building 312 East, Option 1 shall be Building 214 East, and Option 2 shall be Building 313 West. This acquisition is unrestricted. (162)
