Sullivan 404-752-4106 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material and perform all work for the whole house revitalization of buildings 2 East/West, 5, 6 East/West and 532 located at Fort McPherson, Georgia. The buildings are listed on the National Register Of Historical Places and all rehabilitation work shall meet the Secretary of the Interior's standards for rehabilitation and illustrated guidelines for rehabilitating historic buildings. The project consists of the revitalization of the interior and exterior of the buildings, including walls, floors, and ceilings; upgrading architectural, plumbing, and electrical systems to present building codes for environmental and fire safety. The magnitude of the project is between $500,00 and $1,000,000. Contract completion is phased. Buildings 2 East/West, 6 East/West and 532 shall be performed concurrently with a completion date of 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Building 5 work will not start until approximately 1 February 1997 and will have a completion date of 180 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
