One new chiller will be electrically driven centrifugal chiller; the other new chiller will be a steam driven absorption chiller. The new cooling tower(s) will match the capacity of the new chillers. related electrical, mechanical, structural and general contractor's work is required. The existing roof shall be removed and replaced with new roof. Location be be at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lebanon, PA 17042-7597. Project No. 595-95-106, This project is subject to the availability of funds. Cost Range: $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. Completion time is 210 days. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about July 8, 1996 and must be requested in writing with a $100.00 refundable deposit in the form of a check or money order made payable to VA Medical Center. Solicitation Documents are limited to 25 copies and will be issued to the first 25 contractors requesting the solicitation document with the deposit.
