SOL N62766-95-B-2538 DUE 082096 POC Contact Ms. Salve Sabido, Contract Specialist or LT Ian Lange, Contracting Officer, at (671) 333-2051/4 or Fax 339-4248 This project is to construct a concrete masonry, serpentine perimeter fence approximately six feet high by 4,200 feet along several roads at the South Finegayan Housing Area. Work also includes construction of four project signs complete with signage and lighting, and a pedestrian and vehicular gate. Also included is the construction of a vinyl coated chain link perimeter fence approximately six feet high by 11,522 feet long around the perimeter of the site. This work shall include installation of four vehicle access gates located around the perimeter. The project also includes the construction of exterior enhancements to an existing sentry gate. The overall work shall include all earthwork, disposal of debris, clean-up and related work associated with the items mentioned above. The performance period is 230 calendar days from the date of award. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Tentative issue date for plans and specification is 19 July 1996 with an estimated bid opening date on or about 20 August 1996 at 2:00 PM, Guam time. This procurement is unrestricted. (0165)
