Furnish all management, site superintendence, labor, equipment, tools, materials and operations required to install low temperature freezer system in an existing facility at Beale AFB, CA. Existing freezer shall be divided into two sections with a freezer system for each unit. Install refrigeration system in the breezeway of the facility. Install DDC controller and temperature sensors which will communicate with Powers 600 System. Estimated magnitude of construction: $100,000 to $250,000. Plans and specifications will become available to potential prime contractors on or about 5 Jul 96 at no charge. Interested prime contractors must submit requests for solicitation in writing, on standard, letter size stationary ONLY, by mail or fax. The fax number is 916-634-3311. No telephone request for the solicitation package will be accepted. 9 CONS/LGCC will distribute solicitations, in one copy, to prime contractors only.
