The purpose of this project is to provide for three new air-cooled computer type air conditioning systems, modify and relocate mechanical and electrical work, provide a new feeder form the existing switchgear in the penthouse to a new panel. Provide storage unit for microfilm storage with an independent air conditioning system and desiccant type dehumidifier, relocate 10 ton and 20 ton air handling unit in Silo Room, and relocate door opening, raised floor, ramp and handrails. Remove asbestos contaminated material and lead based paint as required for installation of mechanical and electrical work. The estimate for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
