The Red River Local Redevelopment Authority (RRLRA), seeks proposals for a Comprehensive Reuse Plan for excess facilities at Red River Army Depot (RRAD). The contractor selected for this effort will work actively with the RRLRA and its committees to produce a plan that will outline the preferred use(s) of RRAD, as well as alternative uses and a plan of implementation. The proposal selected will be expected to meet the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and evaluated in terms of methodology of implementation, proposed cost/budget, and qualifications, past experience and performance of services in similar projects. A pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 A.M.CST, Tuesday, June 25, 1996, at the Bowie County Courthouse, Commissioners Courtroom, New Boston. All those interested in receiving a Request for Proposal packet, as well as requests for additional information or clarification concerning this RFP prior to or after the pre-proposal conference must be submitted in writing and addressed to the RRLRA Executive Director at the following address no later than ten (10) days prior to the proposal due date: Red River Local Redevelopment Authority, Richard Hall, Executive Director, P.O.
