The 11 Contracting Squadron, on behalf of the Defense Security Assistance Agency (DSAA), Crystal City, VA, intends to contract on a small business set aside basis for providing on-site technical support services for DSAA's automated data processing requirements. This contract will provide a wide range of ADP hardware and software services in an ADP help-desk environment to include technical support, troubleshooting, and minimal training to DSAA personnel. All end user workstations, network administration and ADP communications needs are performed for two, separate classified and unclassified networks, serving more than 140 agency and support personnel. The contractor shall provide technical support relating to the installation and maintenance of ADP hardware and software systems configurations. Provide technical expertise during the research, purchasing and deployment of both PC and RISC-based servers and workstations. The contractor shall provide technical support services on a daily basis, excluding Federal holidays. Technical expertise and support will be required relating to the installation and maintenance of LAN equipment, communications, interfaces, and cabling. The contractor shall run cable, configure Ethernet hubs and Synoptics concentrators. Contractor must have capability of providing the entire requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
