The CBD announcement, PSA 1608, was published on 4 June 1996. The Naval Air Systems Command will host an Industry Conference for the BRAC Program Office in regards to NAVAIR's move to the Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River. A general briefing will be conducted 8:30 a.m - 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, 09 July 1996, at Naval Air Systems Command located in Arlington, VA. The briefing will be followed by an opportunity for each contractor to participate in a 30 minute private question and answer session with Government representatives from both the technical and contractual arenas. If necessary the conference will be extended through Wednesday, 10 July, 1996. The conference will focus on the requirements of NAVAIR to move personnel and property to NAS Patuxent River within a specific schedule, and the resale of existing furniture.
