The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work consists of and includes concrete, metalwork, excavation for structures, gravel surfacing, and removing concrete foundations, steel structures, electrical equipment, and conductor. Miscellaneous sitework including earth fill, and removing and capping oil piping. Installing Government-furnished transformer, breaker, and voltage transformers, furnishing and installing disconnecting switches, fuse disconnection switches, current transformers, station service transformer, manual transfer switch, lightning arresters, conduit, insulated conductors and cables, and bus systems. This project is located in Natrona County, Wyoming. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. Note: In accordance with Western's Acquisition Handbook, ''Western procurement officials shall limit availability of solicitations''. Therefore, only A LIMITED NUMBER of copies of this solicitation, will be available to be distributed by this office. Copies of this solicitation will be issued on a ''first-come first-served bases''. All work for all of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) must be completed NLT within 270 calendar days. Western issues a ''Notice to Proceed''. All the CLINs will be delivery FOB destination. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on an ''all or none basis''. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 29, 1996.
