Project consists of, but is not limited to, providing a new permanent 2100 sq ft administrative addition to the northeast corner of the USAFA Hospital. It includes demolition and site preparation, slab on grade with perimeter grade beam on caissons, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, sheet roofing, electrical, fire alarm, fire protection and mechanical systems. Interior finish work includes partition walls, acoustical tile ceilings, lighting, doors, signage, carpet and painting. Exterior finish work includes glazed curtain wall and dimensioned stone, and landscaping. The project also includes remodeling of existing office space into a tri-care center. Asbestos abatement is not a part of this project. This acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000.
