The size standard is $7.0 Million. The work includes upgrade HVAC systems by providing a new 40 ton chiller and using existing heat exchanger to supply dual temperature water to new fan coil units located in the Barracks from Heating and Cooling, by providing new ventilation air to the rooms, and incidental related work. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is July 8, 1996. The projected bid opening date is August 8, 1996.
