SOL DAKF23-96-Q-0244 DUE 062496 POC Contract Specialist Shirley Adams (502) 798-7561/ (Contracting Officer Learah Smith (502) 798-7822) (Site Code DAKF23) This project consists of the replacement of approximately 1100 feet of 6'' and 750 feet of 2'' natural gas line at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The existing gas line shall be removed and disposed at the Woodlawn Road Landfill. Site work shall consist of cutting existing paved or concrete surfaces. Cut existing construction to provide for installation of other components or performance of other construction activities. Cut existing construction areas using methods least likely to damage elements to be retained or adjoining construction. Review proposed procedures with the original installer. Inspect and test patched areas to demonstrate integrity of the installation. Restore exposed finishes of patched areas and extend finish restoration into retained adjoining construction in a manner that will eliminate evidence of patching and refinishing. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1623, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
