The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to purchase seven particle samplers for PM 2.5 using an inlet similiar to government provided drawings and be capable of operating under the procedures outlined in the draft proposed ''Reference Method for the Determination of Fine Particulate Matter as PM 2.5 in the Atmosphere.'' Vendors must submit drawings of the sampler inlet and operating procedures which demonstrate their product meets the specifications with their written quotation.
