Synopsis No. R069-96. RFP will be issued on or about 8 July 1996. Method of acquisition will be full and open competition. Period of Phase I is 75 days from contract award. Multiple awards are anticipated for Phase I. Twenty five HYDRA-70 Rockets for each contract are to be delivered under Phase I. A downselect will be performed at the end of Phase I to select the Phase II contractor. Up to 10,500 HYDRA-70 Rockets are to be delivered under Phase II. (0169)
