Rosenblatt & Son, Inc. intends to procure nine to twelve months of corrosion testing for the US Navy under Contract N00024-96-C-4093. Test facilities must be able to provide a natural or artificial saltwater chamber capable of simulating the wave slap zone on aircraft carriers. The chamber must be large enough to hold 50 samples of three foot long, 1.5 inch wire rope, treated with various corrosion barrier systems.
