Furnish Architect/Engineer services for the development of a report, full completed working drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction period services as required for analysis of/and replacement of the Project No. 460-96-101, Replace Water Distribution System, Ph I. This project will perform a detailed analysis of the complete water distribution system from the point of connection to the supply utility to the point of entry or storage for all buildings, including compliance with all applicable codes and design, the repairs/replacement based on results of this analysis and the project budget. The Standard Industrial Code is 8712. Estimated construction cost range between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested firms shall submit a SF254 and SF255 to the issuing office no later than the close of business 7-30-96. This is not a request for proposal.
