at (404)842- 6553 The National Institute for Occupational Safety and
Health (NIOSH) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a
requirement to more fully develop the National Agricultural Safety
Disc (NASD) CD-Rom which is the result of a cooperative agreement with
the University of Florida. A potential contractor can obtain the
latest version of the CD-ROM from the National Technical Information
Service, NTIS Stock #PB95-503777 at a price of $60. The phone number
for NTIS is (703)487-4650. The NASD CD-ROM utilizes a proprietary
search engine developed by the University of Florida. The documents can
be directly printed from the disk or alternatively, files can be
retrieved from the disk which are formatted in WP6.1 and altered to fit
the user's needs. Under this requirement the contractor shall identify
sources such as state, federal, and local health agricultural agencies
and select information to be included in the next version of the
CD-ROM. The contractor shall modify and enhance the software. The
contractor shall press, and package 500 copies of the NASD CD-ROM. The
Contractor shall develop training materials. This requirement is also
for phone support for NASD policies and procedures as well as computer
software and hardware questions. The contract performance period shall
be one base year plus 2 option years. Only written request for copies
of solicitation 96-137(N) will be honored. The solicitation will be
