SOL DABT60-96-R-0025 DUE 071596 POC Contract Specialist Patricia Paige (804) 878-4908 (Site Code DABT60) The objective of this acquisition is to provide support services for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and automation/digitization of data to be formatted for use in a variety of media, electronic dissemination and for posting on the Internet. Maintenance of the data within relational databases will be to support the WARFIGHTER XXI components, an major axis of Army Training Twenty-One (ATXXI). Portions will be installed on the Internet and will be available for access by U. S. Army personnel, Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve Components through the World Wide Web (WWW). Development includes the utilization of a relational data base in an open systems environment with an unlimited number of simultaneous users. The maintenance and updating of interfaces will be a recurring requirement. New documents will be initiated, existing documents will require changes/updating, database administration will be required to ensure the integrity and continuity of the data being loaded. This acquisition is set aside as an 8(a) competitive acquisition and is limited to eligible 8(a) firms. The SIC code for this acquisition is 7371. Written request for solicitations are required.
