Beginning 1 OCT 1996 through 31 MAY 1997, with two one-year options. All instructors are to be experienced and qualified university academic faculty with credentials that meet university standards. The focus of the courses will be to provide teachers of grades K through 9 with training on the effective utilization of manipulative materials to teach mathematics at the primary, intermediate, and junior high school levels.
