work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, and
equipment required to relocate Federal Fire Department from NTC to
AFP-19. The work includes demolition and removal; engineering control
of asbestos containing materials; removal and disposal of lead based
paint; cast-in-place concrete (minor construction); rough carpentry;
finish carpentry; mineral fiber blanket thermal insulation; mineral
surfaced bituminous aluminum sliding glass doors; finish hardware,
gypsum board; ceramic tile, quarry tile and paver tile; acoustical
treatment; resilient tile flooring; carpet; painting; toilet
partitions; metal door louvers; access flooring; toilet and bath
accessories; mechanical insulation; fire extinguishing sprinkler
systems (wet pipe); plumbing systems; fuel gas piping; packaged air
conditioning units; industrial ventilation and exhaust systems (ducts
and fans); ductwork and ductwork accessories; space temperature control
systems; testing/adjusting/balancing of heating/ventilating/cooling
system; low-voltage switchgear and secondary unit substations; interior
wiring systems; interior lighting; exterior lighting; interior fire
alarm systems; and incidental related work. This contract is estimated
between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The small business standard
applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is
$17.0 million. Contract duration period is 150 calendar days. This is
an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible
