Work consists of removal of existing roof overhangs, gutters, downspouts, gravel surfacing, and portions of existing built-up roofing for 118 duplex family housing units, construction of new wood truss roof system with plywood sheathing, asphalt shingle roofing and metal flashings, installation of perforated vinyl soffits, vinyl covered accessories and vinyl trim, installation of new metal gutters and downspouts, painting of new surfaces, extending plumbing vents, exhaust vents and other stacks through the new roofs, replacing of electrical service entrances. Performance period is 330 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $1 Million and $5 Million. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project.
